las frutas son generadoras de múltiples vitaminas por ejemplo la banana potasio, naranja vitamina C, manzana zinc y así sucesivamente, ademas tienen muchos nutrientes y portan gran cantidad de antioxidantes, lo que indican que controlan nuestros radicales libres, ademas de nutrir, lo mas importante no contienen grasas, lo contrario la controlan.
