las frutas no son saludables, lo realmente saludable es consumirlas, realmente todas las frutas son saludables, consume frutas, es la manera mas sencilla de tener una excelente salud.

todas las frutas realmente son saludables, desde luego existen frutas que tienen más propiedades alimenticias, por este hecho son consideradas más importantes, pero realmente todas la frutas, el consumo de ellas es importante.

existen frutas importantisimas , como los arándanos, las fresas, son frutas que controlan los radicales libres, importante en la conservación de un estado de salud bueno. se dice que los radicales libres controlar la vejes del ser humano.
