Los alimentos que vemos en este momento, son altamente nutritivos, no son alimentos diarios, es posible sea por su elevado costo,realmente es importante consumirlos cuando le sea posible, aportan gran cantidad de propiedades, importantes en nuestro organismo, zinc, hierro, son afrodisíacos, que delicia.

1 Es bajo en grasa y en calorías y alto en proteínas, contiene vitaminas D y B12. Pero la mejor noticia es que el camarón también es alto en ácidos grasos omega-3, los ácidos grasos que han demostrado prevenir enfermedades del corazón.

este tipo de alimentos, realmente no son de consumo diario, pero en el caso de nosotros los hombre que importante seria consumirlos lo más posible, elos ayudan en la virilidad, por su alto contenido de zinc.
